摘要
采用2-氯吩噻嗪、1,3-溴氯丙烷、N-甲基哌嗪为原料,以甲苯为溶剂,先将N-甲基哌嗪和1,3-溴氯丙烷反应生成侧链化合物,在氢氧化钠条件下,与2-氯吩噻嗪反应得到丙氯啦嗪。将得到的产品成盐酸盐,用乙醇和水溶液重结晶得到纯度较高的产品。同时,主要研究了溶剂用量、反应时间、反应温度等对反应收率的影响。
The process uses 2-chlorophenothiazine,1,3-bromochloropropane,N-methyl piperazine as raw materials,toluene as solvent,first N-methyl piperazine and 1,3-bromochloropropane reaction side chain,sodium hydroxide conditions,and then the main ring 2-chlorophenothiazine reaction to be propranolazine.The effects of solvent dosage,reaction time and reaction temperature on the reaction were studied.
