摘要 利用水热法和水解法制备TiO_2纳米颗粒,通过改变表面活性剂的复配,研究了不同表面活性剂组合条件对纳米TiO_2形貌、结构和电流变性能的影响,将得到的二氧化钛纳米颗粒分别分散在硅油中得到了一系列的电流变液。采用X射线衍射仪,扫描电镜对纳米颗粒的表面形貌和结构进行了分析表征,采用流变仪对电流变液的电流变性能进行了测试。X射线图谱分析得知不同的制备方法得到的TiO_2纳米颗粒的晶型不同,在水热法和水解法两种制备方法中分别得到锐钛矿型结构和无定型结构的TiO_2纳米颗粒,并且,由水热法制备的纳米TiO_2电流变性能相比水解法总体上要好一些。 A serials of TiO_2 nanoparticles were prepared by the hydrolysis method and hydrothermal method.Through the mixture system of different surfactant,the influence on the morphology,structure and electrorheological properties of nanometer titanium dioxide were investigated.Then a series of ER fluid were obtained by dispersing the TiO_2 nanoparticles in silicone oil.The morphology and structure of the nanoparticles were confirmed by the analysis of XRD and SEM.The ER performance was tested by using a rheometer.In hydrolysis method scheme,the as-obtained nanometer titanium dioxide is the amorphous structure,and in the hydrothermal preparation,the nanometer titanium dioxide possesses anatase structure.So the different preparation methods can change the crystal type of nano titanium dioxide.At the same time,electrorheological properties of nanometer titanium dioxide obtained in the hydrothermal method are better than those of hydrolysis preparation..
