摘要
采用水解法和水热法制备了多种聚苯胺/二氧化钛纳米复合材料,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、电流变液测试仪等来进行结构表征和电流变性能的分析。研究了两种方法,以及其在不同表面活性剂复配条件下的影响。结果表明在水热法下可以得到锐钛矿晶型氧化钛,而水解法只能得到无定形态。在PEG和CTAB复配的条件下可以得到电流变性能较好的产物。
A serials of polyaniline/titanium dioxide nanocomposites were prepared by the hydrolysis method or hydrothermal method.The morphology and structure were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),meanwhile,the Haake rheometer for testing the ER properties.Accompanying with two different methods,several different surfactant mixtures were investigated.The results shown that as-obtained samples can possess anatase structure through hydrothermal method while has an amorphous structure via a hydrolysis method.However,the sample with a mixture of PEG and CTAB can leadto a good ER behavior.
