摘要
作为一种高铁铝合金,AA8079铝合金逐渐取代AA1235应用于包装等领域。本研究通过添加不同含量的稀土镧作为变质剂,利用能量分散谱仪(EDS)、金相显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和布氏硬度计对变质处理过的样品进行组织和性能的分析,研究了镧对铝合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:镧的添加能促进柱状晶的生长,并且在合金中形成第二相对硬度的强化作用明显。
As a high-iron aluminum alloy,AA8079 aluminum alloy gradually replaced AA1235 used in packaging and other fields.In this paper,the microstructure and properties of the modified samples were characterized by energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),metallographic microscope(OM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Brinell hardness by adding different contentsof lanthanum as modifier.The effects of lanthanum on the microstructure and properties of aluminum alloy were studied.The results show that the addition of lanthanum promotes the growth of columnar crystals and the strengthening of the second relative hardness in the alloy is obvious.
