摘要 城市交叉口是城市交通的重要组成部分,也是造成城市交通拥堵的重要环节。随着社会经济的迅速发展,机动车保有量迅速增加,导致交通问题日益严重。根据实时交通状况,设计合理的信号控制方案是缓解交通拥堵的有效途径。本文通过考虑车辆延误对单个交叉口的影响,设计了合理的信号配时方案。VISSIM仿真结果表明,所提出的信号控制方案可有效减少车辆延误时间和排队长度,提高了城市交叉口的通行能力。 Urban intersection is very important for the urban traffic control.It is a major factor that causes traffic congestion.The traffic problem is more and more serious with the rapid development of social economy as well as the fast increasing of motor vehicles.Hence,how to design a proper signal control strategy based on real-time traffic states is very significant to reduce the traffic congestion.In this paper,a new signal timing approach is proposed by considering the influence of vehicle delay for a single intersection.The VISSIM simulations confirm that the proposed approach is very effective to reduce the vehicle delays and queue length together,and thus the traffic capacity of the urban intersection is improved.
