摘要
研究了不同牌号乙丙橡胶的硫化性能、力学性能、耐热空气老化性能、耐低温性能,结果表明,不同牌号乙丙橡胶,其乙烯基含量对各方面性能影响最大,其次是其第三单体含量,门尼粘度对其加工性能影响较大,对其他性能影响较小;对相同第三单体类型和含量的乙丙橡胶来说,乙烯基含量越高,其力学强度越大,耐热空气老化性能越好,但其耐低温性能较差,对于相同乙烯基含量的乙丙橡胶来说,第三单体含量越高,其力学强度越大,耐热空气老化性能越好,耐低温性能较差。
In this paper,we have studied the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties,hot air aging properties,low temperature resistant performanceof different kinds of EPDM.The results show that for different kinds of EPDM,the vinyl content have a great influence on the performance,followed by the third monomer content,mooney viscosity has great effect on the processing performance,little effect on other properties of EPDM;on the same third monomer type and content,when the vinyl content gets higher,the mechanical strength increases,the hot air aging performance is better,but the low temperature resistant performance is poor,for the same EPDM vinyl content.The third monomer content gets higher,the mechanical strength become higher,and the hot air aging resistance get better,but the low temperature performance gets worse.
