摘要
通过芳纶短纤维分别与炭黑、白炭黑、不同用量无机补强填充剂并用,采用不同改性剂通过超声和超临界对芳纶短纤维进行改性,系统地研究了其对CR硫化特性、加工性能以及基本物理性能的影响。结果表明:相同用量的补强填充剂,芳纶短纤维与白炭黑并用的焦烧时间t10、正硫化时间t90、最小扭矩ML、最高扭矩MH和基本物理性能值较大;随着无机补强填充剂用量的增大,硫化特性和物理性能变化不大;采用不同的改性剂通过超声和超临界对芳纶短纤维进行改性,发现硅烷偶联剂改性效果比TDI改性效果好,其中Si-69改性的芳纶短纤维增强橡胶复合材料,其性能有明显改善。
In this paper,the influence of the CR dispersion,curing characteristics,processing performance and the basic physical properties were systematically investigated by adding aramid fiber and carbon black,white carbon black,or different amounts of inorganic fillers,and using modified aramid fiber with different modifiers by ultrasonic and supercritical.The results show that,at the same amount of reinforcing fillers,the t10,t90,ML,MHand basic physical properties for aramid short fiber and silica were larger.With the increase of inorganic filler dosages,curing characteristics,processing performance and the basic physical properties of composition had changed little.The modified aramid short fibers were modified by different modifiers through ultrasonic and supercritical.It was found that the modification effect of silane coupling agent was better than that of TDI,and the properties of Si-69 modified aramid short fiber reinforced rubber composite material were improved obviously.
