摘要 对于轮胎胎面胶、鞋底胶、耐磨件等橡胶制品,摩擦性能是一个非常重要的性能指标。摩擦性能的研究越来越多,但对于橡胶这种特殊的材料,一直没有最适合的专用表征方法。随着科学的进步,摩擦性能的表征手段越来越丰富,仪器也越来越先进,UMT-2多功能摩擦磨损实验机,可以对橡胶材料的摩擦性能做出相对客观的评价,可以对摩擦性能的研究提供可靠的依据。由于影响橡胶材料橡胶摩擦行为的因素诸多,摩擦磨损机理的探索仍需进行大量的研究工作。 For tyre tread rubber,rubber soles,wear parts and other rubber products,friction performance is an important performance index.Friction performance research more and more,but for this special rubber material has not been a good characterization method,with the progress of science,the friction performance of characterization methods more and more rich,the instrument is becoming more and more advanced,UMT-2 multifunctional friction and wear testing machine,friction properties of the rubber material to make relatively objective evaluation,can provide reliable basis for research on the properties of friction.Due to many factors influencing the rubber materials,rubber friction behavior of the friction and wear mechanism of exploration would still need a lot of research work.
