摘要
研究了不溶性硫黄改性及其在天然橡胶中的应用。结果表明:含硼改性剂改性不溶性硫黄,不影响不溶性硫黄的熔点及热稳定性,能改善其在NR胶料中的分散性;与未改性IS7020胶料相比,改性IS7020胶料的拉伸强度、伸长率明显提高,耐疲劳性改善,其他物理机械性能及动态力学性能变化不大;4种改性剂中,B200-1改性效果优于其他3种改性剂。
This paper studied different modifier modified insoluble sulfur and the application of modified insoluble sulfur in NR compounds.The results showed that not only the modifiers containing Boron had little influence on the melting point and thermal stability of insoluble sulfur,but also they could improve the dispersilibity of sulfur in NR compounds.Compare with the vulcanizates used raw insoluble sulfur,the tensile strength,elongation at break and fatigue resistance of vulcanizates used modified insoluble sulfur were improved.Other physical mechanical properties and dynamic properties had little changed.Among the four modifiers,the modifier whose trade name was B200-1 was better than the other three kinds of modifiers.
