摘要
橡胶硫化过程中会产生大量挥发性有机物VOCs,成分复杂,危害人类健康。我公司自主研发出多种该VOCs降解优势菌种,并设计配套生物处理设备。该生物法处理设备对VOCs的处理效率在86%以上,处理后甲苯、二甲苯、非甲烷总烃(NMHC)、臭气排放浓度能达到《橡胶制品工业污染物排放标准》(GB27632-2011)和《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-1993)中要求的排放标准。该生物处理设备处理效率高,动力设备少,运行成本低,自动化程度高,操作管理方便,运行稳定程度高,可在橡胶行业废气治理中推广应用。
Volatile organic compounds(VOCs),which massively produced in vulcanization processing,is complex and harmful to human health.We screened several superior degradation bacteria for this VOCs and designed supporting biological treatment equipment.This equipment has more than 86%treatment efficiency of VOCs.Emission concentration of toluene,xylene,NMHC and O3 could meet mission standard of pollutants for rubber products industry and emission standard for order pollutants after this kind of treatment.The biological treatment equipment has advantages such as high processing efficiency,less energy consumption,low operation cost,high degree of automation,easy operation and management,high operating stability and so,it could be applied in the waste gas treatment of rubber industry.
