摘要 将成品轿车轮胎装配到标准实用轮辋上,充入一定的充气压力,而后将其置于密闭臭氧老化试验箱内,在不同臭氧浓度的环境中悬空静置72h,之后对其进行取样,对其力学性能及表观围观结构进行了深入研究。结果表明:臭氧与轮胎表层橡胶接触和渗透使其发生老化,并导致在轮胎表面出现老化裂纹,老化裂纹主要出现在应力集中的区域,且随臭氧浓度增加自外向内发展并加剧,致使轮胎的使用寿命大幅度降低;但是对于应力相对较小区域,胎面橡胶的拉伸强度、硬度等力学性能则没有显著变化。 The finished tires were assembled on the standard practical rim,which were filled with a certain amount of air and then placed in a closed ozone aging test box.Under the environment of different ozone concentrations for 72 h,the mechanical properties and microstructures of the samples were researched systematically.The results showed that some aging cracks appeared on the surface of the tire due to the ozone aging,which mainly appeared in the stress concentration position on the tires obviously.Increasing the ozone concentration,the cracks developed from outside to inside,leading to a reduction of tire life.For the low stress position,the tensile strength and hardness of rubber remained almost unchanged.
