摘要
选用零维的银纳米粒子(AgNPs)与二维的氧化石墨烯(GO),利用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)技术,通过冷冻干燥得到孔径均匀的还原氧化石墨烯/银纳米粒子(rGO/AgNPs)三维导电气凝胶。通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等来研究样品的组成、结构与形貌,并对rGO/AgNPs三维导电气凝胶的导电性能做了初步探索。结果表明:在溶胶-凝胶转换过程中,预还原适宜的温度和时间能够有效使得气凝胶保持较小的体积收缩率;AgNPs能够均匀分布在rGO所构成的三维骨架。并且rGO/AgNPs三维导电气凝胶具有优异的导电性能,电导率达到0.17S·cm^(-1)。
0 Dsilver nanoparticles(AgNPs)and 2 Dgraphene oxide(GO)were selected for preparing the reduction graphene oxide/silver nanoparticles(rGO/AgNPs)3 Dconductive aerogel with uniform pore size by the sol-gel and freeze-drying technology.The composition,structure and morphology of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and so on.The electrical conductivity of the 3 DrGO/AgNPs aerogel was preliminarily explored.The results showed that during the Sol-Gel conversion process,a low volume shrinkage rate can be effectively maintained with the proper temperature and pre-reduction time,and the AgNPs can be evenly distributed in the 3 DrGO skeleton.And the electrical conductivity of the 3 DrGO/AgNPs aerogel was 0.17 S·cm^(-1).
