摘要
基于改进的交错buck DC/DC变换器进行了建模和仿真,交错结构可以减小电流纹波,通过引入一个开关电容,并改变一相开关管的位置,使得电路具有高电压增益和低开关电压应力。因为电容的电荷平衡原理,两相电感电流可以自动均流。然后利用状态空间平均法对电力电子电路这一非线性系统在某一稳态工作点进行近似线性化,得到电路的线性化小信号模型。最后通过MATLAB/Simulink进行了仿真,对理论分析进行了验证。
In this paper,based on the improved cross buck DC/DC converter is modeled and simulated,interleaved structure can reduce the current ripple,by introducing a switch capacitor,and change the position of the switch tube,aphase makes the circuit with high voltage gain and low switch voltage stress.Because of the charge balance principle of capacitor,two phase inductance current can flow automatically.Then,the state space average method is used to approximate linearization of the power electronic circuit in a certain steady-state working point,and the small signal model of the circuit is obtained.Finally,the simulation was carried out by MATLAB/Simulink,and the theoretical analysis was verified.
