高等学校是培养高素质、创新型人才的摇篮,应该在树立和践行社会主义荣辱观方面走在社会前列。本文阐述了社会主义荣辱观与师风师德的关系,深入学习社会主义荣辱观为师德师风建设赋予的新内涵,充分认识师风师德建设的重要性和紧迫性。把践行社会主义荣辱观教育与建立社会主义的新师德观紧密结合起来,牢固树立社会主义荣辱观,积极推进师德建设,并通过有效的途径和措施落在实处,增强广大教师教书育人的责任感和使命感,使我院的师德师风建设再上一个新台阶。

A college is a cradle to cultivate high-quality, innovative talents. It should march at the head to foster the socialist honer or disgrace outlook. This article expounds the relation of the socialist honer or disgrace outlook and teacher′s ethics. We should fully know the importance and urgency of teacher′s ethics building,keeping the socialist honer or disgrace outlook and building the socialist teacher′s ethics should be closely combined .We should keep in the honer or disgrace outlook firmly in mind, and actively advance the teacher′s ethics. The sense of duty and mission should be strengthen through an effective way.Thus, the teacher′s ethics building of our college will mount a new step.
