摘要
使用蒽酮-硫酸法测定空心莲子草中多糖的含量,测定波长620 nm,回归方程为:Y=27.497 X-0.045 6,R为0.997 4,检测线性范围为0~0.04 mg/mL,回收率为92.4%~103.05%,精密度的RSD=2.957%.此方法操作简便,不受还原糖的干扰,可以测定多糖.
The polysaccharide of Alternanthera philoxeroides was determined by anthrone sulfuric acid method,with wavelength 620 nm. The regression equation was Y = 27. 497X- 0. 045 6,linear range was 0 ~ 0. 04 mg / m L,correlation coefficient was 0. 997 4,recovery rate was 94%. This method was simple,free from the interference of reducing sugar,can be determined polysaccharides.
