Investigation and Analysis on Shiqiao Miao Ancient Paper- making Technology in Guizhou Province

考察贵州石桥苗族古法造纸基地,观察、访问了解,石桥苗族古法造纸流程分纸料制作和制纸2个工序.纸料制作工序包括削构树皮刮去外层晒干、水沤、浆灰、煮料、河沤、地灰蒸、漂洗、选料、碓料和袋洗,制纸工序流程包括添加滑药并搅拌均匀、抄纸、压纸、晒纸、揭纸.分析石桥古法造纸工艺流程并与抄纸法比较,认为石桥古法造纸技术属于抄纸法,造纸流程存在一些差异.并探讨添加纸药在造纸工艺中的作用.

In the paper the base of Shiqiao Miao ancient paper- making in Guizhou Province was investigated. Shiqiao Miao ancient paper- making technology included making paper material and producing paper. Making paper process included drying bark,washing,scurrying,cooking,washing in river,steaming,washing,picking up material,pounding and washing in sack. Paper- making technology included adding sliding medicine,spooning up,pressing,drying and uncovering. Shiqiao ancient paper- making technology was analyzed and compared with the method of spooning up paper liquid,the paper thought Shiqiao ancient paper- making technology belonged to the method- spooning up paper liquid,but there were some differences between two methods of paper- making process. In addition,the role of adding paper medicine in paper- making technology was still discussed.
