高校"互联网+"思想政治教育有效性是在创新2.0背景下提出的针对提高大学生思想政治教育效果的新兴课题,其内涵和内容与传统的网络思想政治教育不同,包括在理念、方式、路径等多个方面的革新。虽然前期网络思想政治教育的开展已为高校"互联网+"思想政治教育的实施做了诸多铺垫,但是当前高校"互联网+"思想政治教育有效性的实现还存在更多有待完善的地方,这离不开新兴的网络媒体和丰富多彩的活动形式,更离不开思想政治教育主体和客体的共同参与。

The 'Internet + 'Ideological and Political Education in universities is an emerging issue for the effect of improving the ideological and political education under the background of the proposed innovation 2. 0,its meaning and content are different from the traditional Ideological and Political Education,such as the innovation of philosophy,way,path,etc. In the earlier stage,many groundwork relating to the Ideological and Political Education has been done for the implementation of the 'Internet + 'Ideological and Political Education,but the effectiveness of the 'Internet + 'Ideological and Political Education in universities still has many places to be improved which cannot stand away from the new media,rich and colorful activities as well as the subject and object's participation of the Ideological and Political Education.
