试论依法治省与地方立法行为——基于贵州省民族立法的视角

On The Realization of Governance According to Law in Guizhou Province: From the Perspective of National Legislation of Guizhou Province

依法治省是"依法治国"基本方略在地方的具体实施。贵州在实施依法治省的进程中,需要立足于多民族省份这一实际,将加强民族立法和推动民族自治地方的法治建设作为全面实现依法治省的重要战略。这也是实施民族区域自治制度的基本要求。

Governing provinces according to law is the implementation of basic strategy for 'the rule by law'. In the process of implementation of governance according to law,Guizhou should take it as the important strategy of fully implementation of governing provinces according to law,strengthen the national legislation and promote the construction of the rule of law of regional national autonomy areas based on the basic situation of Multi- ethnic administrative areas. This is also the basic requirement of the implementation of system of regional national autonomy.
