By investigating the literal and colloquial pronunciation of Tunpun dialects of the three phased characteristics of variant pronunciation,we can sum up the laws of the literal and colloquial pronunciation of Tunpun dialects and further analyze the Tunpun dialects that overlaid the mandarin phonetic features since Ming and Qing dynasties. The new development and the change of the literal and colloquial pronunciation of Tunpun is the result of the huge impact of mandarin and around the southwest mandarin. So it can help us to understand the situation of the Tunpun dialects' synchronic and diachronic rules when we explore this new phenomenon.
