大数据战略视野下的贵州高校“智慧校园”建设思考

Consideration of Building Smart Campus in Guizhou Universities from the Perspective of the Big Data Strategy

贵州高校"智慧校园"建设的短板有:多个信息部门并存,信息网络软硬件资源建设重复、割裂,没有形成合力推动全校信息化建设。贵州高校"智慧校园"建设体制机制转型模式有三种:联合模式、转型模式、合并模式。贵州高校"智慧校园"建设策略是:高度重视,精心组织,做好合并前调研和规划工作;加强人才队伍的建设与培养,适应新环境新要求;理顺关系,加强中心内设机构及人员的管理;制定校园信息化标准,实现资源的安全、共知、共建、共享。

This paper analyses the short hands of building smart campus in Guizhou universities: the coexistence of multiple information sector,the duplication and isolation of the construction of information network,and the lack of cooperation in promoting the information construction in universities. We also discuss three models to transform the system of constructing smart campus in Guizhou,i. e.,the united model,the transforming model,and the combinatorial model. We propose strategies to construct smart campus in Guizhou universities: high attention,elaborated organization,careful survey,and full preparation are essential before merging; strengthening the construction of the talents team,and adapting to the new environments and requirements; straightening out relations,and strengthening the management of central sectors and the people; developing the standards of campus information technology to achieve the security,the well- known,the construction,and the sharing of resources.
