茶多酚对紫外线照射小鼠血清SOD活力和MDA含量的影响 被引量:3

The Effects of Tea Polyphenols on the Serum SOD Activity and MDA Content in Ultraviolet Irradiated Mice

摘要 为研究茶多酚对紫外线照射小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,随机将50只小鼠分5组,其中Ⅰ组为空白对照、Ⅱ组为辐射对照、Ⅲ~Ⅴ组在上午分别用3个浓度梯度的茶多酚灌胃,Ⅱ~Ⅴ组实验动物均在下午接受3 h的紫外线照射.小鼠处理30 d后,处死并测定小鼠血清SOD活性和MDA含量.结果显示:与Ⅰ空白对照组相比,Ⅱ辐射对照组小鼠体重和血清SOD活力显著地降低(P<0.05),而MDA含量显著地升高(P<0.05).相比于Ⅱ辐射对照组,Ⅲ~Ⅴ组中茶多酚灌胃的浓度越高,小鼠体重和血清SOD活力增加越显著(P<0.05),而MDA含量降低越显著(P<0.05).结果提示,茶多酚是一种高效的辐射防护剂,能够清除自由基,提高小鼠血清SOD活性和降低MDA的含量. To study the effects of tea polyphenols on the Serum SOD activity and MDA content in ultraviolet irradiated mice,50 mice were divided into 5 groups randomly,Ⅰcontrol group,Ⅱ ultraviolet control group,Ⅲ ~ Ⅴwere given tea polyphenols with three concentrations by intragastric administration in the morning. In the afternoon,Ⅱ ~ Ⅴ groups received 3 hours UVB radiation. The changes of body weight were weighed after 30 days,SOD and MDA changes were determined by method routine.The results showed that: compared to the control group,the body weight and serum SOD activity degraded obviously(P < 0. 05),MDA content raised obviously(P < 0. 05) in Ⅱ ultraviolet control group. Compared to Ⅱgroup,with the increase of tea polyphenols dosage,the body weight and serum SOD activity raised obviously(P < 0. 05),MDA content decreased obviously(P < 0. 05) in Ⅲ ~ Ⅴgroups. Tea polyphenols was an effective anti-radiation protective agent,it can scavenge the free radicals,increase SOD activity and decrease MDA content in radiated mice serum.
