Apidaecin型抗菌肽的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 Apidaecin型抗菌肽最早是从受诱导蜜蜂 (Apismellifera)淋巴液中发现的一类新型抗菌肽 ,它一般由 18个氨基酸组成 ,包括 3个精氨酸和 6个脯氨酸残基 ,对革兰氏阴性菌有特异的抗菌功能。本文对其生物多样性、结构特点、抗菌活性、作用机制。
