摘要
以双金属氰化物络合物 (DMC)为催化剂 ,低分子聚醚为起始剂 ,与邻苯二甲酸酐、环氧丙烷进行离子型开环共聚 ,制得了聚氨酯用聚醚酯多元醇。通过 GPC、IR和 NMR测定 ,证明了共聚物的结构特征 ;讨论了聚合配方和工艺条件对单体反应速率及合成产物性状的影响 。
Phthalic anhydride was copolymerized with propylene oxide and polyoxypropylene triol or diol, via ring-opening polymerization, by double metal cyanide complex catalyst. The structure of the obtained copolymers was confirmed by several analysis methods. The results show that the molecular weight distribution is between 1.05 and 1.10 by GPC. The product was a kind of Polyetherester polyol and there is no PA monomer in the product by FT-IR. DP and the number of propylene oxide polymerization segment were determined by measuring the ratio of 1H-NMR absorptions of the relative protons in the polymeric structure. In addition the influence on copolymerization rate of the technologic conditions such as temperature, pressure and the quantity of the catalyst was discussed. It has been found that the reaction is second order reaction, and belongs to complexation anionic catalytic polymerization.
