熔纺氨纶的动态力学性能分析

摘要 应用动态力学分析 ,研究了两种自制的熔纺氨纶样品的动态模量、力学损耗、蠕变行为的温度依赖性 ,并与杜邦的干纺氨纶 (L ycra)和日清纺的熔纺氨纶 (Mobilon)产品的动态力学性能进行比较 ,从硬段微区结构、物理交联密度、软段玻璃化转变温度、蠕变 -温度曲线等方面 。 The temperature dependence of dynamic modulus, mechanical loss, and creep behavior of two melt spinning polyurethane fibers made by our lab. has been studied by dynamic mechanical analysis. The dynamic mechanical properties of the fibers were compared with a dry spinning sample (Lycra) made by Du Pont company and a melt spinning sample (Mobilon) made by Nisshinbo company. The thermal deformation behavior of the melt and dry spinning fibers has been discussed in terns of the hard segment domain structures, physical cross Iinking density, soft segment T g,s as well as creep-temperature curves.
