摘要
利用自行合成的端基含有活性基团的热致性液晶化合物 (LCEU)改性环氧树脂 CYD- 12 8/4,4′-二氨基二苯砜 (DDS)固化体系 ,用 DMA测试了共混物的动态力学性能并研究其结构与性能的关系 ,对改性体系的冲击强度、拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弹性模量、断裂伸长率、热失重温度 (TG)与 LCEU含量的关系进行了探讨 ,用扫描电镜 (SEM)对材料断面的形态结构进行了研究。结果表明 ,经 L CEU改性的共混物的α、β转变温度提高 ,橡胶态模量提高 ,材料的力学性能和热稳定性提高 。
The epoxy resin CYD-128/4,4′-diaminodiphenyl sulfone(CYD-128/DDS) curing system was modified by a thermotropic liquid crystal compound(LCEU) with terminal reactive groups. The effect of LCEU content on α and β relaxation was studied by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). Effect of LCEU content on mechanical properties and the temperature of mass loss were studied. The morphologies of the fracture surface was observed by SEM. Results show that the temperature of α and β relaxation, the mechanical properties and the thermal stability is enhanced for the modified system. SEM observation of the fracture surface of the impact specimen shows that the toughed fracture characters are appeared.
