摘要
本文总结了浙江医科大学等单位近8年来用艾姆斯(Ames)试验检测各类化学品和混合物58种,发现其中12种为诱变剂或含诱变成分物质(胺菊酯、三氯杀虫酯、2,5-二氯硝基苯、非氨化焦糖、氨化焦糖、茶色素、电烤鸡和鸭、炭烤鸭、熏鱼和叉烧硷提物,高效液体冰箱除臭剂);监测古运河杭州段水源,发现其中有诱变剂污染,并进行诱变与SOS反应相关的研究.同时介绍了测试中遇到的一些问题(如含组氨酸、易挥发、难溶性样品,菌株变异,标准诱变剂选择等等),并提出相应对策.
Using Ames test,a total of 58 chemicals and compounds have been exemined for the past 8 years. 12 of
them have been confirmed as mutagens,including tetramethrin acetofenate,2,5-dichloronitrobenzol,ammoni-
ated and non-ammoniated caramels, tea pigment. alkaline extractives of roast chicken and duck, baked duck
with wood-coal,fried fish and barbecued pork.and a potent liquid for removing bed smeel in refrigerator. The
water samples collected from the Hangzhou section of the Grand Canal have been monitored and found to be
contanminated by mutagens. The relationships between induced mutation and SOS response have been stud-
ied. In addition, some troubles appearing under Ames test procedures. such as histidine-contaning, more
volatile and less solvent samples. variation of bacterial strains.and selection of diagnostic mutagens,etc. and
treatments corresponding to them are presented.
