GSH,GST-S与实体瘤及白血病细胞耐药 被引量:6

摘要 谷胱甘肽 /谷胱甘肽转移酶系统 (GSH/GST S)为肿瘤及白血病细胞耐药的重要机制之一 ,GSH/GST S活力增高使肿瘤及白细胞细胞产生多药耐药性 ,体外试验中以GSH耗竭剂及GST S活力抑制剂能逆转肿瘤及白血病细胞的耐药。GSH与化疗药物 (X)偶联形成GSH X而被转运出细胞外 ,GST S催化GSH与X结合 ,而某些多药耐药蛋白起着运输GSH
