β_3肾上腺素受体与心力衰竭 被引量:1

摘要 肾上腺素β3受体参与心脏和血管的生理调控心脏。β3受体兴奋表现为负性变力作用。心力衰竭时 ,β3受体含量明显增加 ,其负性肌力作用更显著 ,提示 β3受体在心功能恶化和心力衰竭进程中具有重要作用。
