FGFs及其受体对胚胎器官发生的调控作用 被引量：1

摘要 在胚胎器官形成过程中 ,成纤维细胞生长因子 (FGFs)是担负上皮 间质相互作用的重要调控因子 ,特别是FGF10 ,无论在外胚层上皮还是在内皮层上皮都是重要的间质调控因子。FGFs信号对早期胚胎、四肢、牙齿、肺 支气管、肝脏和胰腺、眼睑和皮肤、颅骨、下颌腺、中枢神经系统、骨骼肌、乳腺、外生殖器、泌尿器、骨骼。
