显微切割技术及其在分子病理学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 显微切割技术是在显微状态或显微镜直视下直接或通过显微操作系统简单、快速地从含有不同成分的组织中特异的分离出预研究的均质细胞来进行后续分析 ,由于其可以大大削弱组织中异质细胞的混淆作用 。
