摘要
介绍了中国科学技术大学国家同步辐射实验室正在建设中的一条高分辨球面光栅单色器光束线的光学设计。该光束线使用具有两个包含角的球面光栅单色器,前置镜系统由水平偏转平面镜和垂直聚焦圆柱面镜组成,后置镜采用超环面镜,在设计能量范围内有高的光谱分辨本领和通量。给出了光线追迹的结果。
This paper describes the optical design of a high-resolution spherical grating monochromator beamline being constructed in National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory at University of Science and Technology of China. The beamline consists of a spherical grating monochromator with two including angles, a pre-focusing mirror system composed of a horizontal deflection plane mirror and a vertical focusing cylindrical mirror, and a post-focusing toroidal mirror. It has high resolution power and high photon flux over the designed energy range. Results of optical raytracing are also presented.
