摘要
本文主要介绍新型功能性聚苯胺树脂在加工时需要重点解决的可溶性问题,对由聚苯胺纺制导电纤维的方法和发展、应用现状进行了评述。并提出发展高导电聚苯胺纤维的主要方法,应采用合成高相对分子质量的可溶性聚苯胺掺杂树脂和直接纺丝工艺路线。
The key problem must be solved firstly for the processing of new functional polyaniline resin and its spinning of resulting conducting fibers on which the spinning approach, application, and development situation are introduced in this paper. It is also suggested that direct spinning routes, such as wet spinning, melt spinning, dry spinning, dry-wet spinning and so on, by the use of high average molecular weight and soluble doped polyaniline should be preferable.
