异烟肼致精神障碍临床表现特征

Clinical Characteristic of Patients with Isoniazid-induced Mental Disorders

目的 :探讨异烟肼所致精神障碍的临床特点。方法 :分析 1 9例异烟肼致精神障碍患者的临床资料。结果 :精神障碍以情感障碍为主 (1 0 /1 9)以及兴奋症状出现较早为特征。行为障碍如 :自杀和自杀未遂最为严重。结论 :异烟肼所致精神障碍与异烟肼应用剂量有关 ,应注意识别 。

Objective To study the clinical features of patients with isoniazid-induced mental disorders.Methods The date of 19 patients with isoniazid-induced mental disorders were analyzed.Results 19 cases were isoniazid-induced psychiatric disoders.Affective disorders were the highest in forms of mental disorders(10/19).Clinical characteristic showed that the excitability disorders had appeared earlire.in which suicide behavior and attempted suicide were more severe outbreak.Conclusions Isoniazid induced mental disorders were closely related with isoniazid dosage.It is suggested that we should pay attention to identify these features,in order to diagnosis and management properly.
