摘要
研究了阻燃剂乙撑双四溴邻苯二甲酰亚胺(BT-93w)对高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)的燃烧性能、物理力学性能及熔体流动性能的影响,探讨了其与几种常用阻燃体系阻燃的HIPS在各项性能及耐候性方面的差异。结果表明,十溴联苯醚/Sb_2O_3阻燃HIPS的阻燃剂用量最少;八溴联苯醚/Sb_2O_3阻燃HIPS具有较优的冲击强度;四溴双酚A/Sb_2O_3阻燃HIPS具有较好的熔体流动性能;BT-93w/Sb_2O_3阻燃HIPS具有优良的综合性能和耐候性,在该体系中加入紫外光稳定剂和屏蔽剂,其耐候性可进一步提高。
The effect of ethylenebis (tetrabromophthalimide) ( BT - 93w) on the flame retardance and the other properties of HIPS has been studied. The differences of the properties and weather resistance of the flame retardant HIPS with BT - 93w, decabro-modiphenyl Oxide (DBDPO) , octabromodiphenyl Oxide (OBDPO) and tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) are discussed. The result showed, for reaching the same flame-resistant level, that DBDPO/Sb2O3 system needed the least amount, OBDPO/Sb2O3 system had a higher impact strength, TBBPA/Sb2O3 system could improve the melt flowability and BT -93w/Sb2O3 system possessed an excellent balanced property and weather resistance, the ultra-violet stabilizer and shielding agent could further improve its weather resistance.
