摘要
介绍应用传统注射成型技术和气体辅助注射成型技术时,电视机结构设计方法的变化和区别,比较了它们在设计和生产上的优缺点。其中,在电视机面框和后盖的连接方式、显像管的安装固定方式、显像管的支撑方式、面框中螺钉柱的具体尺寸,以及面框底板前端部分的形状确定等诸多方面作了说明,这些设计的变化均可供设计师在进行塑料零件产品设计时参考和借鉴。
The changes and the differences of the design method in the design of TV structure are introduced when applying the traditional injection molding and the gas-assisted injection molding.The advantages and disadvantages in the design and the production are compared. Such aspects as the way of joint between the front cover and the back cover of TV, the way of installment and fixation of CRT, the way of the CRT supporting, the detail dimensions of the screw bolts in the front cover and the specific shape of the front-end of the front cover are simply instructed. These design changes can be supplied to the other designers for reference in the design of the plastics parts.
