不适当抗利尿激素分泌综合征的临床观察

Clinical evaluation in 22 cases of syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion

目的 为了提高对少见疾病的认识和诊断 ,分析不适当抗利尿激素分泌综合征(SIADH)的临床和生化病理特点。方法 对本院 12年来 2 2例患者进行回顾性临床分析 ,总结了此病的一般性规律。结果 SIADH的病因多种多样 ,临床表现及体征不具特异性 ,易被临床医师所忽视。结论 提高对SIADH的认识是及早发现。

Objective We analyzed the clinical,biochemistry and pathologic characteristics of SIADH in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment in this disease.Methods 22 cases were retrospectively analyzed in the past 12 years in our hospital.Results The causes of SIADH were complex,the clinical signs were not special and it was usually neglected by physicians.Conclusion It is important to realized SIADH for early diagnosis. \[
