摘要
目的比较磁共振(MRI)扫描序列中磁敏感加权成像(SWI)和弥散加权成像(DWI)诊断颅内海绵状血管瘤中的应用效果。方法前瞻性地采用GE Signa HDx 1.5T超导双梯度医用磁共振成像设备颅脑扫描序列中SWI序列和DWI序列对25例颅内海绵状血管瘤患者进行扫描,再运用AW-44工作站对SWI图像进行后处理重建,分析比较SWI序列和DWI序列显示颅内海绵状血管瘤的敏感性和特异性。结果 25例颅内海绵状血管瘤,单发20例,多发5例,其中1例颅内多发海绵状血管瘤SWI序列检出205个病灶,DWI序列检出74个病灶,SWI序列对颅内海绵状血管瘤的敏感性、检出率优于DWI序列。结论 MRI是诊断颅内海绵状血管瘤的首选方法,DWI序列和SWI序列相结合,能准确、全面地提供诊断信息,对定性诊断有重要意义,且SWI序列对于颅内海绵状血管瘤的微小病灶的检出率更有优势。
Objective To compare application efficacy of the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) scan sequence of magnetic sensitive weighted imaging(SWI) and diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) to diagnose intracranial cavernous hemangioma. Methods Prospectively GE Signa HDx 1.5 T superconducting dual-gradient medical magnetic resonance imaging(fmri) brain scanning equipment SWI sequence in the sequence and DWI sequence were used to scan 25 patients with intracranial cavernous hemangioma,then the AW-44 workstations were used to SWI image post-processing reconstruction,analysis and comparison on the sensitivity and specificity of intracranial cavernous hemangioma of SWI sequence and DWI sequence. Results Among 25 cases of intracranial cavernous hemangioma, 20 with single and 5 with multiple one,including 1 case of multiple intracranial cavernous hemangioma in the SWI sequence-detected 205 focus while in DWI sequence detected 74 focus,scan SWI sequence clearly showed that the sensitivity of intracranial cavernous hemangioma,and the detection rate was better than that of DWI sequence scan. Conclusion MRI is the preferred method of diagnosis for intracranial cavernous hemangioma, DWI sequence and SWI sequence all can unifies,can accurately and comprehensively provide diagnostic information for qualitative diagnosis thus they have important significance,and SWI sequence for intracranial cavernous hemangioma of small lesions has more advantages.
