新形势下应对生物恐怖袭击应急卫勤保障的特点与要求

Characteristic and requirements of medical support in dealing with the biologial terrorist attack under the new situation

生物恐怖袭击对我国构成的安全威胁逐步增大,生物安全已成为国家安全的前沿。军队作为肩负应对多种安全威胁的主力军,其卫勤力量在反恐斗争中的应急支援保障作用越来越重要。本文通过分析新形势下反恐卫勤保障的现实紧迫性,总结归纳生物恐怖袭击事件特点,从加强应急保障能力的视角提出了我军反恐卫勤保障的建设要求。

With the threats of biological terrorist attacks increasing gradually in China,bio-safety has been becoming a frontier state security. Army is the main force for defending national security. The role of the military medical service in emergency security to fight against terrorism become more and more important. This paper,based on the analysis of anti-terrorism medical support under the new situation,summarizes the characteristics of the biological terrorist attacks and puts forward the requirements of military anti-terrorism medical support construction to strengthen the emergency response capability of the medical support.
