高能震动致颅脑损伤机制的研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着科技的高速发展,特别是武器开发方面的应用使得现代化武器的杀伤力大大增加,颅脑作为机体的高级中枢和易受波及的特点,使得爆炸等所致创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)无论在战时或者平时极端环境下逐渐增多,同时TBI又具有高致死率和致残率,当前对于爆炸冲击波所致TBI研究较多,为此,本文对于单因素高能震动的致伤研究进行了文献回顾,以便了解其机制,为进一步深入研究奠定基础。 With the rapid development of technology,especially the application of weapons developed makes the modern weapon’s lethality increase greatly,Brain as a central nervous system which can be easily affected,therefore traumatic brain injury(TBI) in both wartime or extreme environment of peacetime caused by the explosion gradually increase,With high rate of mortality and disability,TBI has always been discovering,This paper makes literature review about the single factor hurts associated with high energy vibration so as to understand its mechanism and to lay a foundation for further in-depth study.
