金属硫蛋白(metallothioneins,MT)是一类低分子量、富含半胱氨酸的细胞内蛋白质,在细胞代谢中起着重要作用。近年来MT与肿瘤的关系倍受关注,MT表达与多种肿瘤的进展、药物抵抗有关。本文就MT在泌尿系统肿瘤的表达以及对放化疗的影响等方面的研究进展进行综述,旨在为同道提供参考。

Metallothioneins(MT) are of low molecular weight,cysteine-rich intracellular proteins that play an important role in cellular metabolism,The relationship between MT and tumors has been widely noticed in recent years,MT expression is associated with tumor progression and drug resistance in a variety of malignancies,This review describes the progress on the expression of MT in the carcinogenic process of urology system tumors and its influence on radiotherapy and chemotherapy,so as to provide reference for fellows.
