摘要
目的探讨军队医院实验室内涵建设与管理的方法。方法以笔者所在医院为例,结合研究型医院建设目标,对实验室硬件环境、人才培养、实验质量、安全管理等方面进行分析。结果笔者所在医院近三年接收国家、军队各项基金、专项课题12项实验任务。结论加强医院实验室内涵建设是提高技术质量、人员素质、规范管理、促进转化医学的根本保证。
Objective To explore the methods of connotation construction and management of med.laboratory in military hospitals,Methods For example of author’s hospital,all the aspects related to research type hospital building,including laboratory hardware equipment,training of professionals,laboratory quality and safety management were analysed,Results Totally 12 funds or special issues of country and army have been undertaken by author’s hospital in recent three years,Conclusion Strengthening the connotation construction of hospital laboratory is the fundamental guarantee to improve the technical quality,the quality of personnel,standardize management and promote the translational medicine.
