Precise hepatectomy is accepted by liver surgeons it once proposed in recent years,just because of its small trauma,and protection on human body with less postoperative complications,as well as significantly improving the tumor patient’s quality of life. But after all,precise hepatectomy is a new concept,its application in clinical practice needs to be further studied and discussed. This paper explores the procedure from following aspects such as its concept,clinical skill and advanced technology used in it.
