摘要 毛细支气管炎是一种婴幼儿较常见的下呼吸道感染性疾病,发病机制与多种细胞因子参与引起的免疫反应有关。而Notch信号通路近年来在肺部疾病的发病机制中也受到了广泛的关注,通过讨论Notch信号通路在毛细支气管炎中的调节作用,从而为毛细支气管炎的临床治疗提供新的思路。 Bronchiolitis is a relatively common disease of lower respiratory tract infection in infants,its pathogenesis is related to immune response induced by relevant various cytokines participation.The Notch signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of lung disease is also widespread concerned in recent years.This review focuses on the role of the Notch signaling pathway in regulating bronchiolitis,so as to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of bronchiolitis.
