新媒体形势下传统学术期刊面临的挑战与机遇

Challenge and opportunity being faced by classic academy periodicals under new-media situation

李克强总理在2015年3月6日政府工作报告中首次提出"互联网+"行动计划,"互联网+"已经成为国家战略。学术期刊应抓住契机,主动与新媒体相融合,积极寻求自身发展道路。笔者阐述了科技期刊编辑工作的现状与挑战,针对新媒体形势下期刊编辑工作方式和工作重心的改变提出了几点建议,旨在为学术期刊发展提供新的思路。

In March 6,2015,Premier LI Ke-qiang proposed 'Internet + ' plan for the first time in his Government Work Report.At present 'Internet+' has become a national strategy;Thus classic academy periodicals should capture this turning point,actively mixes together with new-media,positively search for self-development pathway.In this paper authors describe the current status and faced challenge of sci-tech periodicals in editorial work,and put forward some suggestions on the change of editorial work pattern and focus under new-media situation,so as to provide a new think for academy periodical's further development.
