摘要
目的:为控制脑髓康胶囊的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法定性鉴别了黄芪、川芎、丹参,用薄层-分光光度法测定了葛根素的含量。结果:鉴别方法专属、灵敏、准确。含量测定在1~5μg/mL范围内呈线形关系,回收率为98.3%。结论:此方法可以有效控制脑髓康胶囊的质量。
Objective: To control the quality of Naosuikang capsule. Methods. Huangqi, Chuanxiong, Danshen were indentified by TCL and puerarin was determined by TCL-spectrophotometry. Result: The discrimination is specific, hightly sensitive, accurate and the quantitative analysis method is linear at the range of 1-5μg/mL,and the average recovery is 98.3%. Conclusion: This method can control the quality of Naosuikang capsule effectively.
