通过一个实例介绍了用实测技术确定区段煤柱宽度的方法。在目前煤柱分析理论不很成熟 ,煤柱宽度的理论计算结果可靠性差的情况下 ,实测方法不失为一种相对简单可行的办法。

The paper introduces a method to use the observation technology to ascertain the width of stage coal pillar by an example.Because the theory of the pillar analysis isn′t very mature and the feliability of theoretical calculation result of the pillar width isn′t very high,the observation method is relatively simple and feasible.
