摘要
根据社会主义市场经济对人才规格的要求 ,高等学校作为社会人才的培养基地 ,如何提高学生的交往能力 ,是高校面临的又一个重要问题。本文旨在探讨儒家思想在当代大学生人际交往中的运用 。
According to the requirements to personnel under socialism market-oriented economy, how to improve ability of inter-personal communication is one of important problems in advanced schools, which are bases of cultivating social human personnel resources. How Confucian thoughts are applied in human communication of modern college students and how to explore a new way of cultivating communicative ability of college students are discussed in the paper.
