摘要
文章揭示了图书馆服务全体读者、全面关怀读者、全程关注读者的人文精神内涵 ;对图书馆寻求技术与人文的平衡、树立管理服从于服务的观念、实现从“书本位”到“人本位”的转变进行了较为深入的辨析 ;从服务内容、服务环境、服务手段。
The present article revealed that the content of library's humanistic spirit included that libraries should provide service to all readers, care for them in an all-round way, and pay attention to them in the whole course;in order to realize this spirit of humanism,libraries should seek the balance between technique and humanism,set up the idea that administration should be subordinated to service, the emphasis on 'books' to on 'humans', and improve the content,situation and means of service,etc.
