从顾客差异、组织差异、价值创造、市场竞争四个方面分析了物流企业采取差异化战略的动因,并对物流企业在选择差异化战略中的两种基本思路定位差异化和服务差异化作了阐述。
The paper analyses the reason that logistics enterprises implements difierential strategy in the four aspects: customer difference, organization difference, value creation and market competition, and describes the position difference and service difference in the choice of differential strategy.
