摘要
改制分流是国有企业通过产权制度改革安置富余职工的有效途径;规范劳动关系是改制分流过程中实现职工身份转变的工作重点;在实践的基础上对改制分流工作中规范劳动关系的操作要点进行探索。
System reform and shunting is an effective approach to settle surplus employee through reform of poverty system in state - owned enterprises; To standardize labor relation is highlight to realize change of employee' s status in its process. Probed the operation of standardization of labor relation on the basis of practice.
